Metal
Metal braces are the gold standard of orthodontics. Our brackets are small and pleasant to wear, which also makes oral hygiene easier. They are adequate for simple as well as more demanding cases.
Self-ligating
Unlike the classic, self-ligating brackets have a small sliding door that keeps the wire in the joint of the bracket, so no ligatures (rubber bands or connectors) need to be placed upon them. What has been proven and is characteristic of this type of brackets is that they shorten the duration of a control visit, and thus also of the treatment, because no classic tying of the brackets is necessary. They come in the metal and aesthetic varieties, and we can say that our patients most frequently choose aesthetic self-ligating braces. They are adequate for simple as well as more demanding cases.
Aesthetic
Aesthetic braces can be ceramic or sapphire and, depending on the material, white or completely transparent. They are adequate for simple and moderately demanding cases. We can tell you with certainty that those who are close to you will notice that you are wearing braces only after several months, because they are almost invisible.
